Returns
All sales are Final.
However, if an item is Defective and/or Damaged, please see the detailed policies below for Damaged or Defective Items. In rare cases, Clarizio may offer the option to return an item which is not Defective and/or Damaged. Clarizio Music must be notified within 7 days of receiving your order and will review your request. If approved, you will be responsible for all shipping costs for returning the item to Clarizio Music. Credits or refunds will be issued to you, once the item is returned in Unopened and Original condition with no signs of use and free from Damage, etc. Once inspected by Clarizio Music, a refund for the original purchase price will be processed by Clarizio Music.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Non-damaged/defective items are final sale and are non-refundable.

Defective Exchange In the event that a record has a manufacturer's defect, promptly contact us at clariziomusic@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect, within 7 days of receiving your item. We will do our best to replace the item, if it is in stock at the store or with the distributor. The replacement copy will be mailed out upon return of first copy, with free shipping. In the event that we do not have another copy, a refund will be issued. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. In order to be considered for a defective exchange, we must receive notification of your defective product within 7days of receipt of the item in question. Upon receipt of the defective item, Clarizio Music will inspect the item for the said defect and will notify customer of the findings of the said defect.
All defective returns will be subject to playback on our turntable to determine if the item is defective. All defective returns are done at the discretion of Clarizio Music.
Shipping the item back to us is your responsibility.

Please note: Minor surface noise, factory skips, crackles and pops are not considered defective or damaged. We are not responsible for what the quality control of a pressing plant deems acceptable. We recommend that all records are cleaned before playback.

For Lost Items, please wait up to 21 Days from original ship date, before contacting Clarizio Music. USPS has been experiencing longer shipping times, post Covid.
Reports of damage must be made within 7 days of the delivery date. Requests made beyond the 7-day window are not eligible for refund consideration.
Please contact clariziomusic@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue, along with images of the damaged order. Please retain all outer packaging as well as the product itself until instructed further by Clarizio Music customer service.
Clarizio Music will do their best to resolve issues related to Lost or Damaged items as a result of shipping, with the Shipper and Customer. Orders damaged or lost in transit via USPS Media Mail MAY NOT BE ELLIGIBLE for replacement, or refunds. Clarizio Music is not responsible for shipping errors.
